Halifax Janitorial believes that the
quality process consists of two components:
The continuous Re-assessment of programme which will define what services are
required and how we must provide them.
The quality assurance programme, this ensures that all initiatives
developed through the continuous Re-assessment programme are provided on a reliable and consistent basis.
Halifax Janitorial has a comprehensive
discipline code of practice, designed to ensure that the highest
standards of performance are maintained at all times, and that Staffs
are dealt with in a professional manner.
Our commitment to quality is where
experience and procedures come together. Constant supervision and
attention to detail are our doctrine; this ensures that our services
conform to the client's satisfaction - day in and day out.
Performance Measurement
All
Halifax Janitorial personnel are performance measured at three Monthly
progress meetings with their immediate superiors, to establish
objectives, and to measure achievements, strengths and weaknesses, and
to Identify training needs, or skills that require developing. An
annual report of every cleaning operative is completed.
Unlike many of our competitors, we have
adopted a pro-active style of management to ensure that we continue to
meet our customers explicit needs, address contentious issues, provide
service flexibility, and a continuous evaluation of our mutual
objectives.
We believe that only by ensuring that
the closest on-site supervision takes place, with individual
accountability, will we be a professional cleaning company.
Using professionally designed
stationery, accurate records are maintained to Facilitate collation of
information, and ensure that the customer is kept abreast of all issues
on a daily basis.
